Hi everyone;
I know that computer info has become an issue but wanted to say thanks for 
the many suggestions that I received concerning the problem I was having 
with outlook on the xyl's computer.  Went to visit my niece and her pool 
last weekend and took the computer to have a chat with her husband.  As 
someone suggested there is a box in the tools menu of outlook to set the 
default program.  Somehow that was changed to word so when she clicked on 
someones e-mail address it opened a new message but the message was in word. 
Supposedly there was a button near the top of the screen that you could 
click on to send the message but i was never able to find the button or a 
keyboard shortcut.  At any rate we are back to outlook and everyone is 
happy.
