Hi Howard,

I found a program called CW Type that does a nice job.  You should be able 
to do a search for it and find it.  To key the rig, you will need a keying 
interface which is primarily a parallel port connector with an RCA female on 
it.  These can be had from various places including packet radio.com and 
others.
