Hi Anthony:
I have used from the beginning the Heil Gold line and constantly get good 
audio reports.
Perhaps I could work you on the air sometime and let you hear it for 
yourself.
It seems to have plenty of gain.
Concerning the software, I must confess I have not used it for a while.
I never did get it all figured out.
If there is some way I could help, you can be sure I would be glad to try.
In fact, maybe we can figure it out together, HI HI.
