    I''d think a zero carb, moderate protein, high good fat purist paleo diet would be very helpful.  Low (rather than zero) carb and         high protein would not be sufficient as you'd still have plenty of glucose to feed the yeasts.

I agree for an adult.  Can a child stick to a zero carb diet for more than a few days?  How long does it take to eliminate Candida?
