I wouldn't start that for readings in the 90s.  IMHO just asking for  
trouble.

My sister has been checking her blood glucose readings daily.  She finds  
that
they go up a lot when she is under stress, whether or not her choice of  
foods is clean.
For her, it can be as much difference as 20 points on the same types of  
food depending on whether she is stressed out or not.
