There are probably two factors working together.  One is that if you're  
used to having carbs, your body will be expecting them.  So you probably  
will still feel "hungry" for them.

The second factor is that you may not be getting enough fat.  Fat tends to  
give a feeling of fullness.  If that was chicken breast, that's a very  
lowfat meal, so you might just need to add a bit more fat.
