Hi. Yes, I eat non-paleo stuff all the time. The only thing I really try
hard to avoid is wheat, and that is because I get migraines pretty reliably
after eating it.

It is hard now because I am not doing my own cooking like I used to. My wife
is pretty good about it, but does use a lot of rice and potatoes. I also
sometimes eat chips, corn.

It would be a lot easier if everything was like wheat, eat it and BAM!,
pain.
