I agree completely with Colleen.  I would go super low carbohydrate for a
couple of months, and I think you will see improvement.

Were you ever tested for PCOS? I have that and Saw Palmetto controls the
hormones, blocks androgens and therefore less hair growth. Also, the more
carbs & sugar you eat, the more unwanted hair you'll get with pcos. Cut out
the rice, potatoes and oats for a couple of weeks and see if things change.
They convert to sugar and that's what creates the unbalanced hormones.
