On November 21, Mike Jones uploaded " The Celiac ActionLine, Fact Sheet;
Gluten-Restricted, Gliadin-Free Diet Guidelines" to this list. In the
column marked "Food to Avoid," blue cheese was listed.

I just received CSA/USA's Shopping Guide, and under Cheese it lists
blue cheese as okay because it is an aged cheese. Roquefort, however,
is off list because it has the mold introduced on bread crumbs.

So I am wondering... is blue cheese definitely, uhm, englutenated?
Mike, can you tell me why blue cheese was on that list? Anyone have
anecdotal evidence about blue cheese? (Maybe it is just being
confused with Roquefort?)

Blue cheese is one of my family's favorites, so I'd hate to off
list it without good evidence.

Thanks!
