Phil,

I am glad he was able to give you a positive diagnosis.  I'm told that 
walking is good to follow a slipped disk, though I never found I managed to 
achieve much of it myself before the next problem set in.  Get yourself 
plenty of rest and keep us posted.

Lord Jesus Christ!"

Phil I pray you'll get a much quicker and better recovery than is discovered 
and certainly a better one than I managed, for God's glory in your life.
