Since animals are part of God's creation, He would surely want them with
h8im, it seems to me that dogs seem to have the unconditional love thing
down pat!! They always love, are always glad to see you,  and are content
just to be near the one they love!!

I think animals will go to heaven.  The Bible says, "The lion shall lie down

with the lamb."   Also, animals have emotions and so probably have a soul. 
This is only my $.02 worth, so we won't really know until we get there.
