Have any of you ever had systemic problems with cortisone shots?  I had 
two shots, one in each knee and I have been pretty miserable since then.  
I had a killer migrane, stiff neck, nausea, dizziness & an unbelievable 
need for sleep!  My GP says that the medication does get into your system 
and can cause a rush of adrenaline (not a good rush!).  My Ortho doctor 
says that the shot is put into a 'pocket' in the knee and does not get 
into the system.  I appreciate any info you guys may have.
