Gluten-Free Family Favorites has recipes for all of your summertime
favorites such as Raspberry Lemonade, Blueberry Waffles, Potato
Salad, Baby Back Ribs, and Strawberry Shortcake. The book includes
many other recipes for easy to prepare meals. The emphasis of the
cookbook is on entrees for every-day meals.

Please purchase a copy today and help support the University
of Chicago Celiac Disease Program. Here is a quote from the
University of Chicago Celiac Disease Program Website:

Susan includes over 200 recipes that have wide appeal, accompanied
by beautiful photos taken by her son Andrew. One of the stand-out
features of this hardcover cookbook is that it includes actual
brand-names of items used in the recipes, that Susan confirmed as
gluten-free prior to publication (she is careful to emphasize that
gluten-free status needs to be verified regularly).

You may view pictures of the cookbook and place an order at
amazon.com or livingwithout.com

If you live in the Charlotte, NC area you may purchase a
cookbook at the Home Economist Market, 5410 E. Independence or
2707 South Boulevard or at The Natural Marketplace at the
Arboretum, 8206 Providence Road, Charlotte.
