If you'd have had two of my six then we'd have been pretty much even today. 
Seriously, I feel very much as you do.  The blessings are wonderful but the 
real sleep depravation that I have had has been more physically than I can 
describe adequately.  When you forget almost your own name, don't know how 
many times you've said "Yes" and "No" in the right places when someone has 
phoned, and don't even remember the calls, have carried on conversations and 
known nothing later, then had peculiar seizure type things, where you feel 
just dead afterwards and don't know what's happened . . . you reach a stage 
of vulnerability which is kind of very threatening.  However, God  would 
have me to trust Him whatever I think and feel and I'm up for wanting to do 
that!  Let's keep praying for one another though as we have need!  That's 
what He wants us to do!
