eating is: "What did it to me?!" rather than "What do I do now?" I'm
slowly learning that my head will be much clearer later to explore the
first question, and that I need to start offsetting symptoms as soon as
possible.
Lately, I've gotten the [almost] dry heaves the morning after
ingesting gluten. This prompts me to ask if anyone has had success with
inducing vomiting at any early signs of gluten contamination. Should
those of us with clear early warning signs [and hazardous
after-effects] be carrying a flask of ipecac when we eat away from
home?
    All the best,
    Mary C.
