I usually take spanish rice as a casserole.
Cood 3/4 cup basmati rice in 2 cups boiling water 40 minutes.
Saute 3/4 to l lb. hamburg with
one small onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
or: green pepper
Add: 2 cups tomatoes
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teas. basil
black pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
Simmer until rice is done.
Combine all.
Bake at 350 degrees one-half hour.
