If you are holding a reservation for a hotel room at the New York Hilton for the XII International Celiac Disease Symposium, please read:

****  If you currently hold a hotel reservation and intend to cancel, please do not cancel directly to the Hotel.
     
     There is a waiting list of people registered for the Symposium who are seeking a room at the discounted rate of $285/night, which is no longer available.  Reservations cancelled to the hotel will not be returned to the block at the group rate; the current rate is approaching $600/night.  The Celiac Disease Center is asking that you contact me to make arrangements for transferring your reservation so that the discounted rate is available for those on the waiting list.


****  If you would like to reduce the cost per person by sharing a room, please contact me.  We are trying to match people who currently hold a reservation with those who need a room.
