Notice of October GIG Meeting and Harrison Medical Center Total Health
Wellness Fair 2006
October GIG Meeting
On October 20, 2006 at 7:30pm at the Harrison Medical Center Auditorium we
will be having a recipe exchange (bring 10 copies, if possible) and tips and
suggestions on baking and cooking on the gluten free diet. Our featured guest
will be Adele Fosser, Director of the Port Townsend GIG Group and gluten free
baker and chef - Extraordinaire! This will be a great time to bring your favorite
recipe and exchange for others and learn a great deal about the differences
involved with cooking gluten free. (We will supply recipe cards, but bring a
notebook for notes).
There will be some seasonal gluten free goodies to try and we will talk about
our fun filled shopping trip planned for November 17th.
Please try to make the meeting on the 20th and bring any friends or family
who would like to learn more about GF cooking.
