THE VIKING STORE GLUTEN FREE COOKING CLASS

The Viking Store at The Factory (230 Franklin Rd., Suite 1301) in Franklin
is offering a gluten-free cooking class taught by Master Chef Brian Morris
on Saturday, September 23rd from 2:00 to 4:00. The class will be held in
their state-of-the-art Interactive Demonstration Theater with stadium
seating and large TV monitors so you can see everything. The event features
a delicious four course menu which you get to eat when finished and the
recipés to take home. The price for the two-hour class, meal and recipés is
$60. Students also receive a 10% instore discount. Class is limited to a
minimum of 20 people, with a maximum of 40. This is also a fundraiser in
which 50% of the class fees and 10% of after class sales will be given to
