Hello All:
I need to pick the brains of the smart folks on this list. I'm trying
to help a client fix a problem both she and I have using Eudora. Here
is what happens. When reading a message in Eudora Version 7.1.0.9, both
my client and I experience this problem. When we come to a link to a
web site in an e-mail message and press enter on it, a windowpops up in
Internet Explorer that is titled "about:" when I press insert-t using
JAWS. If I close this about window using alt-F4, then I get the web
page that the link was supposed to take me too. However, my client
doesn't hear anything on the web page when she closes the about window
even though I think it does come up.
Anyone know how we can fix Eudora to bring up just the web pages linked
to inside e-mail messages? I'm not very knowledgeable about Eudora and
only have it running so I can help the few people that call about it, so
any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
