A friend has a Hp ZT  3320 laptop that will not start up.  When you press the power button, the power light flickers momentarily then goes off.  Same with the battery removed.  Power supply appears to be ok. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? Symptom started to happen occasionally, but now won't start up at all.
Hp is of no help of course.
