Vergie,
When I did the sleep study and sleep diaries, I did it partly because 
I don't have sleep issues.  They want people like me so that they can 
learn to help people who have sleep troubles.  One thing I learned 
about myself is that I make sure that I wake up around the same time 
every morning and I don't allow myself to nap.  If I get that right, 
the going to bed at the same time is easier.  I suppose that I always 
kind of knew that, but having to keep a diary of the times that you 
go to bed, get up, nap, and wake up during the night makes it more 
obvious.  I just didn't intentionally pay attention to my patterns before.
