The American Dietetic Association has just published a revised edition of 
their client education booklet, Celiac Disease Nutrition Guide.  The 
booklet has been completely updated and expanded and includes a section on 
the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act.  It also contains a 
Forward by Dr. Guandalini, Medical Director of the University of Chicago 
Celiac Disease Program.  Packets of 10 booklets are available from ADA for
