Vincenzo and Emma, the chef-owners of Sofia Ristorante at 158 Main
Street in Hudson Mass., couldn't be nicer, and their food is excellent!
Vincenzo is Italian, and cooks excellent Italian food. We presented them
with celiac restaurant cards in both Italian and English, and they made
a fabulous roasted codfish with nicely browned roasted potatoes,
zucchini and cherry tomatoes with excellent olive oil - all roasted in
tinfoil. We did not have to request the tinfoil, they seemed to know
about it. They provided a side dish of braised green beans in a fresh
tomato sauce. They say all of their sauces, and everything they cook,
are homemade. It all certainly tasted homemade. Everything was delicious.

Here is the text of the Italian card from
http://members.aol.com/zoeliak/italien.htm

legumi, carne, frutta e verdure, purché siano preparati senza usare
derivati dei cereali proibiti.
Grazie!

Alice
