Does anyone have a type of pancreatic enzymes they
feel comfortable with (i.e. the enzymes are gluten
free)? I read the recent study about pancreatic
insufficiency in people with persistent symptoms
despite a gluten free diet, and they used the
enteric-coated enzyme Creon. I have tried pancreatic
enzymes for persistent symtpoms but was unable to
tolerate them.
