I discovered today that Chicago Uno has a kiosk in the restaurant where
one can check all ingredients. The same thing is available on their
website:
http://www.unos.com/kiosk/nutritionUnos.html
It has a gluten-free category (select from dietary category) which shows
you those items. If you select a category from the left side of the
screen (main menu screen), you can select specific items and get the
nutrition information.
I think this is a great service. I have absolutely no connection with the
restaurants.
