Has anyone heard of or tried Orgran's Gluten Free Gluten?  It supposedly 
has the same characteristics of wheat gluten but with out the gluten!  I 
actually saw it in a store and bought it.  Haven't used it yet.  You can 
add it to any of your recipes for better consistancy and texture.  I'm 
excited to start using it...
