Hi Sara,
Freshens Low Fat Cookies n Cream Yogurt is the only one that is not Gluten
Free. If your location that you go to ever has a new flavor please check to
make sure that it is Gluten Free. Freshens Ice Creams: Vanilla, Chocolate,
Strawberry, and Mint Choc. Chip are Gluten Free. All of Freshens Smoothies
are Gluten Free except at the ZiA location they have one Smoothie that does
contain Oreo's. Sara I hope this helps.
