I am curious to know if there are people on this list who have experience
with hospitals and/or nursing homes that do a GOOD job of accomodating a
GF diet?  Perhaps identifying institutions that do the job well, and
identifying what about these institutions makes them different, would
help in pinpointing strategies for improving the dire situation at other
medical facilities.
