Yep it doesn't take much. I remember as a young man in the construction
field, I went to open up our overhead door to the shop and barely lifted
and wound up half bent over for a while.
And I had hair too... go figure lol. Yes stress too, that could well be it
even right there. That little beast can manifest itself in many ways.

exercises while standing, and sitting, but evidently, I turned the wrong

very comfortable, you might say. There is all the stress and pressure

to it all and I know for a fact that plays a roll in it, too. Gretchen

home tonight talking a hundred miles an hour so something isn't right
again.
She was in church with us today and that surprised me.
