Greetings,

I know several have emailed inquiring about the Kitchen Aide Mixer,,,or which mixer is good to use for the GF cooking/baking,,,,and I was wondering if anyone has a prefernce on a Toaster that is good for toasting our GF bread/Waffle etc products. I know there are some that just do not have a good device for 'toasting' just right etc,,,,,

Also,,,I saw the post on the Toaster oven,,,and have not used one of those in ages,,,,and was wondering if a Toaster oven would be a better investment than a good toaster. If so,,,any suggestions on a good one?

Yes,,,,since my husband and I are both Celiac,,,we have a 'good' toaster,,,just inquiring,,,I will summarize,,,

Thank you in advance for your help.

Diane, Iowa
