I noticed that the name of the bakery was not included in my response-
probably just a copy/paste error but I'm sending again for anyone who might be
interested.

Check out the gluten free cookie jar.
The rye and pumpernickel breads are delicious. They are better when heated
(I actually like them better heated in a microwave if you can find access to
one). Otherwise, they are still pretty good. I also LOVE their bagels- the
best I have found. The soft pretzels are good as well. You could also bake
your own bread ahead of time (if you have time). I've found that freshly
baked bread does not need to be toasted (while it's still fresh)- my
favorite recipes are from Bette Hagman.
