Dear Listmates -
I called Schwanns, to verify for myself that the gravy and turkey
breast are gluten-free. I spoke with a technical food specialist.

She said sometimes the modified food starch is wheat, sometimes
corn, and that it may or may not be gluten-free.

So I'm not buying it.
