You can get what is called Airborn.  It's a tablet that you dissolve in
water.  You drop it in a glass of water and it fizzes and then you drink it.
It's usually citrus.  It tastes pretty good.  It has zinc, Akinacia, Vitamin
C, and who knows what else.  You take it at the onset of a cold.

Don't they give the zinc some flavor, like lemon?  I don't mind sucking on 
them much.
