I do hope that you got the sufficient rest last night.
I find that if I have trouble sleeping then the next day when I am tired, I
will take a timed nap. Often, we will take a nap and sleep for an hour or
more. Set the alarm and take only a short nap, at the most, only a half
hour. Usually, this will not be enough to interfere with you rest the
following night.
