I looked at the Pendot site and it says that a young driver with a
learners permit needs an adult over age 21 with them or a parent. It
does not mention having to have a license.
So maybe that is why the officer did not ask for my id. A young driver
has to show that he or she has completed 50 hours of practice with a
licensed driver, a parent or guardian to get an unrestricted license.
So, that is good, I can drive with Christa, I just don't need to let her
drivealone.

I am calling tomorrow to make sure I understand this correctly.
