Thanks for checking into this so fast, but let's use me as a example, and I
have cerebral palsy, and let's say I haven't worked a day in my life, and
all I was on was SSI and Medical Assistance, would MA pay that? For
somebody such as my father, who will have worked for 45+ years, he is going
to likely have a better policy than somebody such as myself.

Thanks,
Anthony

I just spoke to a friend of mine who works in elderly home health
care business and she said that long-term care policies might cover
this expense but not health care policies.

Friends,

I know I haven't written for a while, but I'm wondering if any of you
know
if you can get either medical assistance or social service to help
pay the
monthly charges for a Medical Alert system? It's about $32 a month,
and I'd
feel it would be classed as a medical necessity.

Thanks,

Anthony
