actually linda, classic fascism is when corp. own the
businesses but the government tells them how to run
the businesses. as in italy and hitlers germany. as
distinguisted form socialism where the goverment owns
the means of production. i say that we are close to
the classic definition more so than to your newly
invented definition. my plan would stop the
frivolously taking some body or some company to court
on the theory that "they'll probably settle to avoid
the expense of defending, " and "what have i got to
loose, the lawyers are fronting the action, i am
risking nothing and who knows it might just make it
into court." i'll stand by what i said. some person
injury lawyers protect people, many are ambulance
chasers and extortioners. why do there have to be
warnings on microwave food that it might be hot after
heating? i think we all know the answer, don't we?
