You are right on target. We just moved the catheter of Cody's pump up to
control upper body spasticity. Very few docs will step out of the box to
do so. It really did help as he is not in as much pain (his shoulder's were
dislocating daily from spasticity). Now that we have given the area a
better environment, we will repair the damage and hopefully we are over that
hurdle. Irony: I took 13th at Iowa State Drake relays...in hurdles!

I might be thinking 10-20 years in the future again where there might be
likely a possibility of doing this, but currently are you able to direct
Baclofen to certain parts where a individual may need it the most? I know
this is way out of my area of specialty, but it would be quite amazing if it
could.
