okay are you back from the photo sites. were these
busses used. i think not. no one expected the levees
to break? the new orleans papers had wrote that this
was going to happen as reacently as 10 days before
this storm spawned in the bahamas. if you know this
guy, don't depend on him. he can't read a newspaper.
the article predicted that the poor were going to have
to make some plans becouse the city government would
not take care of them. you can get these articles on
line.
you can find the disaster plan on line. you can read
it your self and see that the mayors office had
athority and responsibility to put the plan into
action. it is in the 1st paragraph. page 13 in
particular states that the buses should be used. it is
spelled out that anything above a cat 3 would break
the levees and flood the city.
this guy might be there (i note his email address is
missouri.edu), but, he is only right that the city is
devestated and they need help.

on a funny note or ironic note: sean penn goes down
with his boat to resuce some folks and leaves the plug
out of the bottom and his boat promptly sinks. way to
go sean.
i am checking on voluteering to help take down
another truck load of water from our church. they may
just tell me that there is not much i can do top help,
we'll see.
