hello all,
I saw the choices for validation for echolink, and i saw something about 
arrl digital certificate, is this something i should have gotten with my 
license or do i have to go somewhere and request it, or is it something 
that is out there since i have a license but was not given to me and i 
can validate that way anyhow, or what all do i have to do to get this 
digital signature or whatever it is?
