I really liked the 470 but the opportunity to upgrade to the 530 with an
insurance settlement resulted in a very nice upgrade. Alas it was
stolen again but no insurance settlement this time.
I did like the 530 as you could cross band with it, which is what I did
with it in the car and using the vx5 elsewhere. The display was very
readable much better than the vx5.
