Hello Howard  Many thanks for this info, I do however appreciate all the 
help that people like yourself give me.  I do have another question  when 
selecting the mode like lsb or usb is there away to get the voice 
synthesizer to tell me what mode I am using?  I hope I have asked this so 
you can understand me, I am inclined to write as I speak.
