Attention all list cops. Please, pray tell, what we are, and are not,
allowed to talk about on a ham radio list for the blind? Maybe we should
talk about CB radio. And what does dial up have to do about it all anyhow?
I ran dial up on this list for many years and it never bothered me how much
mail I got and that was back in the days I ran 5 mailing lists of my own and
plunged through 400 emails a day and all on dial up, for crying out loud.
You think I care if you are about to leave the list? Don't let the door hit
you in the butt on the way out. That isn't a threat, by the way, that you
are going to leave. Shoot, I never knew you were even here in the first
place. Come back when you have given up dial up and aren't afraid of email
traffic. Wait just a minute. Your email address says you are using
comcast for your internet provider. That isn't dial up service. Oh, I get
it. You are watching out for those who do have dial up. Pardon me. It is
wonderful to hear of how much cable users care for those poor dial up folk.
And to think I was considering to drop back down to DSL to save money.
Maybe I should just drop all the way back to dial up. That way I know
someone really cares for me personally. On second thought, I'll just unsub
from the list and make it easier on you.

Phil.
