There are programs that will allow you to archive and transfer saved e-mail
and address books from one computer to another, so long as both are running
Outlook Express. Do a Google search and you should find some.

Alternatively, there's a rather time-consuming method that allows you to
move the files manually, but it's way too detailed to go into here and you
need to know exactly where to look for the original files and where to place
them on the new system.

Subject: OT Outlook Express question

I am almost ready to purchase my new computer, but there are some emails
that I have saved that I want to keep. Do I have to convert them all to MS
Word files, or can I copy the folder I want to keep onto a floppy or CD Rom
and then transfer it to the new Outlook in a similar manner to the way you
import and export an address book? 73.
