How does one do it without sighted assistance? I don't have a fax anyways.
Is it possible to fill it out with word or something and just paste in my
scanned jpeg signature where it needs to go? I think there is a service that
I could attach the file and send it to the phone number at thinfax.com or
whatever it is, a quarter per page or something. Where do I get a phone bill
from since I do everything online and Time Warner doesn't mail them? What
happened to the good old days where the landline companies had a thing that
would call you back and verify that's what you wanted and just do it?
