Dear Judy,

Try disabling system restore by right clicking on My
Computer-properties-system restore-and click on "Turn of system restore.
Then restart in safe mode. At start up press f8 before you see the
windows screen, then choose safe mode. Try deleting everything in safe
mode. Make sure to delete any folders associated with it. Hopefully
this will help. If it does then turn System restore back on. You could
also roll your system back to before you installed paltalk if you have a
restore point that far back.

Sincerely,
Vicki
