I thought of one thing the Dr. just told me to try in helping to figure out 
food sensitivities / allergies.  I have not tried it yet to see if it works.  

He said that this is the poor man's way of testing for food allergies!

Take your pulse for one minute
eat the food
wait 15 minutes
take your pulse again and if it's 15 points higher than the first time, then 
you are reacting to that food
