Kyle,

Temple University (Philadelphia) has a project that works on crime against
PWD's; most of the faculty there could be helpful. I've met Perske, and
read a lot of his work.

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
