I get mouth ulcers from tomato, citrus, or too much of any other acidy
fruit. Taking acidophilus with meals can help that.

Two things I can suggest for that are gelatin (Knox plain; make it with
cherry juice or strawberry, etc; it's very yummy and soothing) and a good
multivitamin. The one I took as a child, which my mother always
recommends is Aved-ese by Anabolic laboratories, Inc. Irvine, CA 92714. >
